Starter (free forever): Company name, logo, contact person, phone, email, company description — Get Listed. Professional (R199/month): Everything in Starter, plus WhatsApp button, website link, LinkedIn profile link, contact form — Get Contacted. Premium Featured (R599/month): Everything in Professional, plus featured badge, homepage placement, top-of-category placement, priority search ranking, highlighted profile styling — Get Seen First. Paid plans are billed monthly via EFT.
Yes — change plans any time from your account dashboard. Upgrades take effect immediately and we prorate the difference. Downgrades take effect at the end of your current billing cycle.
Standard and Premium recruiters rotate every hour so smaller and newer paid agencies get the same chance at top-of-page visibility as the biggest names. Newly-registered Standard/Premium recruiters (under 14 days) bubble to the front to help them get traction. Free recruiters are listed alphabetically below the rotating tiers — they never rotate.
Log in with the email and password you set during registration. From your dashboard you can update your bio, specialties, locations, contact details and logo. Most edits are live immediately; substantial changes (agency name, primary specialty) are reviewed first.
Premium subscribers are verified instantly. Standard subscribers are verified automatically after 30 days of active membership. We check company registration (CIPC), agency contact details, and APSO membership where applicable. A verified badge appears on your card and profile.
For employers
Use the browse page — filter by sector (e.g. Medical, Engineering, IT) and by city. Each recruiter listing shows their specialties, years in business, and how to reach them. Most agencies prefer an introductory call or WhatsApp before sending CVs.
Yes — browsing and contacting agencies is completely free for employers and candidates. Only recruiters pay (a small monthly listing fee). Recruitment fees themselves are negotiated between you and the agency you choose to work with.
Yes — there's no exclusivity. We do recommend being upfront with agencies about who else you're talking to, especially for senior or rare roles where the same candidate might be shortlisted by multiple agencies.
For candidates
Yes. Find a recruiter that specialises in your sector and city, then contact them directly through their profile. Most agencies will ask for your CV and arrange an initial conversation. Reputable South African agencies never charge candidates a placement fee — fees are paid by the hiring employer.
A reputable agency won't, and it's against POPIA to do so. When you contact an agency through the directory, you're giving consent only for that agency to consider you for roles. If you want your CV sent on, ask the agency to confirm each time. If an agency does mis-handle your data, please report it.
Your account
First, double-check the email address — it must match the one you registered with. If you've forgotten your password, use Forgot password on the login screen and we'll email you a reset link. Still stuck? Contact us.
From your account dashboard, go to Settings → Delete account. Your agency listing will be removed immediately and your personal data deleted within 30 days, in line with the Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA). Past enquiries are anonymised, not deleted, for our own audit records.
Privacy & POPIA
For recruiters: company name, registration details, contact details, plan billing info, the bio and specialty/location tags you provide. For visitors who contact us or an agency: name, email, phone (if provided), and message content. We do not track browsing behaviour beyond basic anonymous analytics.
Enquiries sent through an agency's profile go only to that agency. Messages sent through our contact form go only to our team. We do not sell, rent, or share contact data with third parties for marketing.
Trust & safety
Before any agency goes live, we check: (1) company registration with CIPC, (2) contact details lead to a real person at the agency, (3) APSO membership where the agency claims it, (4) no outstanding fraud reports against the principals. Premium recruiters are verified instantly; Standard agencies after 30 days.
Please tell us. We investigate every report within 48 hours. Confirmed violations of our agency code of conduct result in suspension. Repeated or serious violations result in permanent removal — we'd rather have fewer listings than untrustworthy ones.
